Dear Team Josey Family;
I wanted to write and thank you for the follow up letter I received in the mail today. It is such a pleasure to receive a nice letter thanking me for attending the recent Josey Clinic in Morro Bay, CA.

This was my second year attending this clinic and I have to say it is the BEST clinic I have ever attended. I learn so much and re-enforced the training I received last year. The Team Josey instructors are extremely knowledgeable with out being egotistical. They take each horse/rider team and work with them, not just cookie cutter sessions. It is a joy to work with them in a caring, friendly exchange instead of feeling “less than” the clinician.

I am looking forward to next year’s clinic and I understand there may be another CA date added. I hope to be first to sign up because I know there will be a big crowd!! Someday I hope to join you at a Round Up!

I would like to thank the Team Josey for all the wonderful kindness that they showed to myself and everyone else.
I had never gone around a barrel in my life; I had hauled my girls but was so busy taping their runs, that I had no idea what it involved. I never was the mom that would try to tell them how to do it or what they did wrong. My voice wouldn't carry that far or loud anyway. It was just the opposite they would tell me I didn't hold the camera still enough, you cut it off to soon, you need to zoom in on the time.
So lots of money, horses, and years later. So, I decided I better do it now at 59 will be 60 in October.
I have two daughters that have come to the ranch, one this year and one in 2004. My youngest didn't think that even physically that I would be able to hold up. She said remember Tina cried and wanted to go home the next day. Anyway I had a great time. I really learned so much now to just practice perfect Loved the Sunday service. Again every one was so kind and patient. Just a great bunch of young folks. They really do Martha and R E proud.

My daughter Jackie and I have just returned from the clinic held in Starkville. Just wanted you to let you know what a great experience it was. Ty, Chad and Chris were fantastic. Our immediate success was not achieved but I feel confident that putting lessons learned at the clinic will turn out to be more beneficial than I even first imagined. The course covered many areas of horse and rider than I expected. Thank You again for the pleasurable and educational weekend.

My name is Rebecca Lumpford and I just got back from the Bowling Green, Ky. clinic. I would like to Thank everyone for making me feel so welcome, and the hard work that they did. I have been barrel racing for several years and I cant Thank you enough for the techniques and horsemanship I learned. It has already given me a renewed confidence and positive outlook on my barrel racing and I cant wait to go to another barrel race. I made several new friends there and I cant remember when I had such a great time. I will definitely be back to another Josey clinic. Again Thank You so much, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I just got home from the 2006 Hattiesburg Clinic. All I can say is thank you for a wonderful time!! It was such a HUGE blessing to meet Ty and Chris and learn from the best! Even though my horse got sick (by the way he's fine thanks to the shot Chris gave him:) )and I couldn't make my final run, I still feel like I have come a long way already! This weekend has been a BLAST! I encourage everyone who barrel races to attend a Josey Clinic...YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MISSING! Thanks again to The Josey Team for all the support and encouragement...I love you guys! GOD BLESS!

Dear Ms. Martha & R. E. ~~ We have just hosted our first Josey Team Clinic here at our ranch in Morro Bay, CA. We just want you to know how impressed we were with Ty & Chris. They couldn't have been nicer or more sincere about helping the students. I could not believe the improvement that each person made. Our daughters were out of town until today, so they were unable to participate, but it was certainly our loss!! We were touched by the words they spoke at the church service. It was very refreshing to have such a great clinic and such a wonderful group of people. We had no idea what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised. You should (as I'm sure you are) be very proud!!!

I just wanted to thank you for bringing a clinic to N.C. I was able to attend and am so glad that I did. Ty, Chris and Chad are 3 of the best horsemen I have ever met. They taught me so much, and raised my confidence level (which had bottomed out) to new heights. Everyone has told me that I ride like I used to before I had my accident. Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity. I intend to take advantage of this clinic again next year.
